DictationNote is published by FightTech.

1. What the app stores

• Recordings and notes, stored on your device.
• Settings and your own API key, if you entered one.
• Your credit balance and usage ledger.

There is no account and no cloud library.

2. Microphone and speech recognition

Speech-to-text uses the engine built into your operating system.

3. AI processing

The text of the note is sent to the AI provider you selected.

Your own API key	Directly to your endpoint.

Recorded audio is transcribed on the device; only an imported audio file without a transcript is uploaded.

4. Purchases

Payments are handled by Apple and Google. We only verify the receipt.

5. Analytics and crash reports

Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics record feature usage and crashes — never your content.

On Android the advertising ID is read for analytics only — never for ads.

The website counts page views and clicks with the same GA4 property.

6. What we do not do

• No ads and no cross-app tracking.
• Your content never goes into analytics.
• We do not sell or share personal data.

7. Children

Not directed at children under 13.
