1. The service

DictationNote is provided by FightTech on an as-is basis.

2. Your content

Your recordings belong to you; recording others may require their consent.

3. AI output

AI output can be wrong; verify anything important.

4. Credits and purchases

• Credits are a prepaid unit with no cash value.
• One-off purchases, no subscription.
• Requests are charged by token usage; failures are refunded.
• Refunds follow App Store / Google Play policy.
• With your own API key you pay your provider directly.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app unlawfully or abuse the AI gateway.

6. Liability

Liability is limited to what you paid for credits in the last 12 months.
